selection of the best
films of 2009
on March 7, at the
Kodak Theatre
in
Los Angeles,
California.
The ceremony was televised in the
United States
on
ABC.
Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin were the co-hosts there.
Akumal's Laura Bush Wolfe hosted the 5th Annual Academy
Awards Benefit at the Lol Ha Beach Bar, and the red carpet here was lined with a
lineup of strong actors who were on hand to take advantage of the balmy weather.
A good time was had by all.
