50th Anniversary of Akumal Festival

It was a relatively quiet fishing Tournament, and this entry had just moved into 1st place, displacing the one o the ground.

And then this one arrived, but he doesn't look like a contender.

Here's first prize.  Not too shabby.

The crowd is looking for more boats coming in.

What's this?  It's too heavy for the scale!! Takes 3 people to get it up there!!

Holy sailfish.  That's a BIG, and looks like a winner.  Congratulations Wendell.

We missed Wendell riding off to Aventuras Akumal on his new motorbike.
